Please note that a return is only possible within the one-month right of withdrawal.

MATTRESS

Returns within Germany are free of charge. 

For the return of mattresses, please contact our customer support by e-mail.

IMPORTANT NOTES

When returning products, please make sure that all accessories are included in the package. 

Please return the item(s) to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you receive the parcel label. 

The deadline is met if the item(s) are sent before the 14-day deadline expires.


REFUNDS

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. 

OTHER PRODUCTS

The return within Germany is free of charge for you and is handled by the GLS parcel service.


Please note: For the return of several parcels (e.g. family bed) you need a return label for each parcel. 

Please use the respective tracking numbers of the parcels sent by us to generate the return label. 

The return labels are to be generated via our returns portal.
