Unless otherwise provided below, you may receive a refund or exchange for any product provided that your request is received by us within 30 days of your receipt of the product ("Return Period"), and further provided that the product has remained in the United States. Refund or exchange requests received after the applicable Return Period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, RIAB USA asks that all products, whether returns or exchanges, be donated to a charitable organization in your local area or recycled. Our support team will need proof that the product has been donated or recycled (e.g., a receipt or note from the charitable organization or proof of recycling) before issuing the refund or sending the new product. Note that the donation or recycling activity may occur after the Return Period as long as we were notified consistent with this policy. Once proof of donation or recycling has been received, we'll promptly issue your refund to your original payment method, less any discount, gift code, or promo code.
Products provided for free as part of a bundle, promotional gift, or promotional discount are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any Product marked as “Final Sale,” "Clearance," or “Factory Clearance,” may not be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of a defect as defined in the applicable Product Warranty.
We reserve the sole right to approve or deny any exchange. We will ordinarily allow only one exchange per customer. Additionally, we may decide to provide an exchange with a new version of a product, at our discretion.
